#weighinwednesday - 17/10/18


This is my first post in my #weighinwednesday series, I guess the hashtag name may give away what it will be about. I am wantint to start posting a blog post every Wednesday and it is all about how my weight loss has been with the current week. This week however, it has been slightly different than it normally is. I have been ill so far this week with a water/kidney infection, as well as an awful migraine, which has made me pretty bed bound.

So I am trying to get back on track with my eating. I usually get weighed on a Tuesday, but my health trainer could not make it. This has been rescheduled until tomorrow (Thursday 18th October) I will update you all next week with how it goes. I am also posting every Sunday on my Youtube channel, this is going to be a 'What I eat in a week' video. I am currently recording for this weeks version.

I hope you are all ok with my posting this kind of post every Wednesday. I just thought that this would be a good way for you all to keep up to date with my weight every week. My current weight is around 14 stone at the moment. Trust me, I know that this is not good for someone who is my height (5 ft 1). But I am fixing this and sorting myself out.
